I got sick less often, I had more lean muscle, and I had more energy. And that was when I was 11!<BR/>This past January, I went vegan. I am much faster runner than I was in the fall, and I have so much more energy. I am also the fastest girl on the track team, and the youngest and shortest!<BR/>If you eat a healthy, balanced diet, it is near impossible not to get enough protein. Beans, soy, nuts, and mushrooms all are good sources. There are also many protein-rich foods that are manufactured, like protein bars and faux deli meats (I wouldnt suggest eating them for more than 40% of you intake of protein since all the bad info about soy seems to be related to soy protein isolate)<BR/><BR/>Thanks for putting this post on your blog, I am very glad to see it!
